 | Esher, Surrey Refurbishment of the main entrance hallway, indoor swimming pool, ensuite bathroom, WC’s and shower rooms in a detached property in Esher, Surrey. This property needed extensive updating in certain areas of the house in order to suit the family’s needs and to fit in with the other more modern areas of the house. The property to the side of the house was very dark and closed in with lots of small rooms and small leaded light windows. Our aim was to modernise the dated swimming pool area and to bring it in with the house to create an open plan, bright, modern feel. The choice of tiles in the hallway was very important to the overall look of the project, as was the lighting. The glass sliding Sunfold door between the hallway and the swimming pool proved to be a huge success in the overall look that we were trying to achieve. The bathroom and shower rooms were all designed to be both modern, fun and bright which was the look that our clients were striving to create. |

| Chiswick, London This project was a complete refurbishment of a 3 bedroom 1970’s house in Chiswick. Our clients were refurbishing the property for rental and so the quality had to be to a high standard whilst the fixtures and fittings and wall colours had to appeal to a broad range of customers viewing the property to let. This has proved to be a very successful rental investment for our clients. Since the property was refurbished they have had the property permanently let. |

This property was an unmodernised 2 Bedroom, Ground floor flat in Shepherds Bush.
Our clients wanted to create a more modern flat that was still in keeping with the period property. Our brief was to create a flat that appealed to a broad rental market where it was a functional, comfortable and appealing space to live. All the original features were kept including the mouldings, the original sash windows, doors and the fireplaces.
The radiators were replaced with old school rads and more storage was built into the wide hallway at the back of the house. The finish was done to the highest standard and our clients were very happy with the end result.
